Use of script libraries (Google Web Fonts)

The nature and purpose of the data processing:
In order to correctly display our content in a graphically-appealing, browser-independent way, we use “Google Web Fonts” from Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; subsequently: “Google”) to display text on this website.

The Google privacy policy can be found here:https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/
Legal basis:
The legal basis for embedding Google Web Fonts and the involved data transfer to Google is your acceptance (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).
Receiver:
Calling up script or font libraries automatically triggers a connection to the library operator. In the process, it is theoretically possible – however, currently unclear if, and if so, for which purpose – that the operator, in this case, Google, could gather data.
Storage period:
By embedding Google Web Fonts we do not collect any personal data.

You can find additional information about Google Web Fonts here: https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq as well as in the Google privacy policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.

Google AdWords

The nature and purpose of the data processing:
This website uses Google Conversion-Tracking. The operating company of Google AdWords services is Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. If you arrive at our website via an ad delivered by Google, a cookie from Google AdWords will be placed on your computer. The cookie for conversion-tracking is placed when a user clicks on an ad delivered by Google.

If a user visits certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we – and Google – can see that the user has clicked on the ad and was forwarded to this page. Every Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Thus it is not possible to keep track the websites AdWords customers have visited via their cookies. The information collected by means of the conversion-cookies serves to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who use conversion tracking. The customers find out the total number of users who have clicked on their ad as well as the number of users who were forwarded to a page with a conversion tracking tag. The do not receive any information, however, which could be used to personally identify the users.

Storage period:
These cookies expire after 30 days and cannot be used for personal identification.
Transfer to third countries:
Google processes your data in the USA and is subject to the EU-US Privacy Shield: https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.
Revocation of consent:
If you would not like to participate in tracking, you can refuse cookies being saved on your computer – e.g. via your browser settings, which could generally deactivate cookies being automatically saved on your computer, or by adjusting your browser settings so that cookies from the domain “googleleadservices.com” are blocked.

Provision of personal data – mandatory or necessary:
The provision of personal data is voluntary, based entirely on your consent. If you disable access, this could lead to functional limitations of your use of the website.
